Røffsound Recordings is a recording studio located in Oslo, Norway.
We welcome any style of music into our cozy and atmospheric space, but we love to indulge in modern rhytmic music like rock, metal, punk, funk and soul.
The studio was founded by Vegard Liverød in 2014, and is now located in the nice and quiet Frysja area, a few minutes drive from central Oslo.
The studio gear has been meticulously chosen to achieve the sound of our dreams, and is steadily growing, as you can see on our gear page.
Vibe is important to us. So much that we’ve decorated our rooms with lots of fluffy persian carpets, cool antique lamps and other old nicnacs to make you feel like you’re at grandma’s or in a classic 70’s movie…
In all seriousness though: Røffsound is a place that will make you feel relaxed and confident - creating just the right atmosphere to capture awesome takes and cool vibes.
